Senior ArchitectJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree and 4–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, project coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage projects from concept development through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and other projects.
- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and architectural details.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Review drawings, materials, specifications, and construction details.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Prepare presentations, design proposals, and project documentation.
- Assist with project planning, timelines, and design coordination.
- Identify design and execution issues and provide appropriate architectural solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate the work of architectural team members.




- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Robust knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, or similar software is preferred.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and approval processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors.
- Strong presentation and client-interaction skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and design sensibility.
