About the Role

At Kalotech Studio, we are passionate about technology and building high-quality digital solutions. We are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer with 4–5 years of professional experience to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mobile applications across the full product lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in iOS/Android or cross-platform mobile development, with a good understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, app performance, security, and app-store deployment processes. The candidate should also be comfortable collaborating with Product, UX/UI, QA, Backend, and other engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile applications.
- Work with native technologies such as Swift/Kotlin or cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter/React Native.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and mobile application features.
- Integrate mobile applications with FAST APIs, REST APIs, backend services, databases, authentication, and third-party services.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with UI/UX designs and platform guidelines.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging,



and performance optimization.
- Identify and resolve application crashes, bugs, performance issues, and production defects.
- Ensure applications follow mobile security, privacy, accessibility, and platform standards.
- Manage mobile application builds, signing, certificates, configurations, and deployment processes.
- Support App Store and Google Play Store publication, including release preparation, version management, and post-release updates.
- Monitor application performance and user issues after release and implement improvements.
- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum development teams and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of professional experience in Mobile Application Development.
- Strong hands-on experience developing applications for iOS and/or Android.
- Strong knowledge of mobile application lifecycle, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
- Swift / SwiftUI – iOS
- Kotlin / Jetpack Compose – Android
- Flutter / Dart
- React Native / JavaScript/TypeScript
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, authentication, and third-party API integration.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services and cloud-based APIs.
- Solid understanding of Git and version control.
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile applications is preferred.
- Good understanding of mobile app security, authentication, secure data storage, and API security.
- Experience with debugging, crash analysis,



performance optimization, and memory management.
- Experience with mobile application testing and debugging tools.
- Hands-on experience with App Store / Google Play Store publication and release processes.
- Good understanding of app signing, certificates, provisioning profiles, build configurations, and release management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Very good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Open and proactive approach to learning new technologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and cloud-based mobile backends.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab, or ServiceNow.
- Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications, or Remote Config.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
- Experience with automated mobile testing using Appium, XCTest, Espresso, or similar tools.
- Experience with enterprise applications or large-scale mobile deployments.
- Knowledge of mobile accessibility and WCAG guidelines.
- Experience integrating payment gateways, OTP/SMS, biometric authentication, QR/barcode scanning, location services, or other device capabilities.
- Experience working with regulated or security-sensitive applications.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-powered mobile applications or AI-based features.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
