Established in 1976, Rolex Tin & Metal Works is an MSME manufacturing company with approximately 50 employees, manufacturing baking pans, moulds, trays, baking accessories, and culinary implements for Indian and international markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and gain broad exposure to HR in a manufacturing environment. The role involves working closely with both blue-collar workers and white-collar staff across different levels and functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Attendance, leave, overtime, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Payroll coordination and employee-related administration.
- Employee queries, grievances, discipline, and welfare.
- Manpower coordination with production and other departments.
- PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Support training, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
- HR reporting and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–5 years of HR experience; fresh graduates with the right aptitude are welcome.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.




- Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
- Ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels and take ownership.
