HIRING | BRAND MANAGER

Location: Khar West -Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
Preferred Industry: D2C / E-commerce / Consumer Brands

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage social media platforms and monthly content calendars.
- Develop and execute brand campaigns, launches and communication strategies.
- Manage influencer marketing, creators, brand ambassadors and collaborations.
- Plan and execute paid, barter and co-marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate photoshoots, videos, reels, posts and other content.
- Work with designers, photographers, agencies and content creators.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Sales and Performance Marketing teams.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and emerging content formats.
- Manage PR opportunities, partnerships, events, contests and community initiatives.
- Drive UGC and customer advocacy.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign and brand performance.

Candidate Requirements:





- 3–5 years of experience in Brand / Social Media / Digital Marketing.
- Experience in D2C, E-commerce or Consumer Brands preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Good creative judgement and visual sense.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns from concept to execution.
