- Oversee all dispatch scheduling and vehicle placement workflows across multiple plant locations to ensure zero delivery delays.
- Manage third-party logistics and freight forwarders, negotiating competitive rates while maintaining high service-level agreements.
- Track vehicle turnaround time at plants to optimize loading and unloading zones, reducing detention and demurrage charges.
- Analyze market freight trends and seasonal transport shortages to develop risk-mitigation strategies.
- Optimize delivery routes and load-consolidation plans to minimize transit costs for pan-India level.
- Build and manage annual logistics budgets, tracking key metrics like cost-per-ton and freight-to-revenue ratios.
- Partner with the PPC team and plant operations team to align daily dispatch plans with real-time manufacturing outputs.




- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to provide clients with accurate delivery timelines and proactive tracking updates.
- Resolve client transit grievances instantly, including handling damaged of articles, short-shipments, or route delays.
- Ensure full compliance with Indian transport regulations, including E-Way bill generation, GST protocols, and transit insurance requirements.
- Manage warehouse inventory related to finished goods (FG) storage, layout optimization, and secure packaging standards.
- Drive safety standards within the loading bay and transit operations, executing corrective actions for recurring safety or transport defects.
- Direct logistics management by conducting market scenario analyses to identify cost-saving transit opportunities.
