We are looking for a Service Engineer / Technician to join our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of electronic security and automation systems at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and configuration of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR and IP surveillance systems
Configure IP cameras, networking devices, switches and routers
Installation and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems
Installation and servicing of Biometric Attendance & Face Recognition Systems
Installation and troubleshooting of Access Control Systems
Installation and servicing of Boom Barriers & Gate Automation Systems
Conduct site surveys and understand customer technical requirements
Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking and system-related issues
Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support
Maintain service reports, installation records and service logs
Coordinate with the sales and office teams for project execution
Ensure proper testing and handover of completed installations
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of CCTV and surveillance systems
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN, IP addressing and networking
• Knowledge of electronic security systems and field installations
• Basic troubleshooting skills in electrical/electronic systems
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and understand control systems
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
Eligibility
• ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, EEE or related field
• 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory
• Candidates should be willing to work at customer sites across Coimbatore and nearby areas
