Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the complete joining and onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




- Coordinate with different departments to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and MIS.
- Handle other recruitment-related activities assigned by management.

Requirements

- Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
