Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive – IT to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, system support, and CCTV operations. The candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of troubleshooting IT issues across the office and field locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Handle LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance networks.
- Monitor network and CCTV systems and coordinate repairs or replacements when required.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, installations, and equipment records.
- Perform system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and basic data backup activities.
- Support user account, email, operating system, and application-related issues.
- Coordinate with internet service providers, vendors, and external technical support teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT infrastructure, network devices, and service activities.




- Ensure IT systems are secure, functional, and available for daily operations.
- Travel to branch/field locations when required for IT support and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware & Troubleshooting
- Positive knowledge of Networking – LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Routers & Switches
- Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows OS, printers, peripherals, and basic software troubleshooting
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

Preferred

- Experience in managing IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
- CCNA or other relevant networking certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
