Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain our products and services clearly.
- Follow up with existing enquiries and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer and lead details.
- Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and site visits.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, sales or customer-handling experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fatehpur Beri, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

- Telecommunication: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

- English (Preferred)
