Job Description – E-commerce & Customer Consultation Executive We are looking for a proactive E-commerce & Customer Consultation Executive to manage online orders, customer consultations, and post-order support. The role focuses on ensuring smooth order processing while providing personalized product recommendations to customers. Key Responsibilities E-commerce Order Management: Handle COD confirmations and website order follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Order Tracking: Monitor pending, cancelled, and unconfirmed orders and take timely follow-ups to improve conversions. Customer Consultation: Conduct hair consultations, understand customer concerns, and recommend suitable products. Customer Support: Assist customers with order, product, delivery, return, and exchange-related queries.



Courier Coordination: Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery delays and order-related issues. Reporting & Records: Maintain customer and order records and prepare basic sales, cancellation, and return reports.
