Job Summary

Solarrun is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Loan Executive to handle loan-related activities, assist customers with the loan application process, and coordinate with financial institutions and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries related to loan products and financing options.
- Explain loan terms, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment procedures to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan applications and approvals.
- Follow up on loan applications and maintain regular status updates.
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of customer and loan-related information.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for document verification and processing.
- Maintain proper records of loan applications and customer documents.




- Follow up with customers for pending documents and requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets and business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and loan-processing procedures.
- Provide regular reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in loans, banking, finance, sales, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of loan processes and documentation.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
