Job Summary

Provide SAP error log and system interface (MPDL, AEC, AER, OAE, SAP) review, remediation and root cause analysis for MRO and RTS transactions (across inventory, shipping, procurement, sales, and service workflows, including document creation, updates, reversals, and master data adjustments) including remediation tracking, ticketing, business user support and collaboration, periodic reporting, and identification of systematic blockers, data issues, recurring patterns, and escalation needed to resolve root

Key Responsibilities

- RTS Functional Lead (Shipping, Warehouse, Receiving and Quality)
- Candidate should have knowledge and Working Experience primarily in the SD, MM, QM, LE WM, and Transportation Modules
- Project and Support Experience
- Writing Functional Specification
- ABAP Program understanding and small Debugging (Optional)
- Working with Development to resolve issues, if any
- Program Functional unit testing after development, as well as involvement in SIT and UAT Testing Experience
- Valuable Communication Skills
