We are looking for a Project In-Charge with experience in an NSEZ/customs setting and exposure to import and export operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day ongoing project activities, coordinating with customs and logistics agencies, maintaining statutory and shipment-related documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and external authorities.

The candidate should have practical experience working in or around an SEZ/NSEZ setup, with good knowledge of documentation, ensuring Quality, customs coordination, project management, and general operations.

Reporting To: General Manager

- Project Planning & Execution – Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring work is executed as per approved timelines, scope,



and requirements.
- Team & Vendor Coordination – Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of project activities.
- Progress, Quality & Cost Monitoring – Monitor project progress, manpower, material requirements, quality standards, and costs; identify delays or issues and take timely corrective action.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain project-related records, work orders, approvals, drawings, invoices, and reports; provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and completion milestones.
