Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors during examinations and procedures, administer medications, and maintain accurate patient records. The candidate should have good communication skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical interventions.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records and nursing documentation.
- Monitor patients' response to treatment and promptly report any changes to the doctor or senior nurse.
- Ensure proper hygiene, comfort, and safety of patients.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medications, procedures, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
- Follow infection-control practices,



including proper hand hygiene and use of PPE.
- Maintain proper handling and documentation of medicines, medical equipment, and supplies.
- Assist in emergency situations and provide immediate nursing support when required.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursing station and patient-care areas.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and safety protocols.
- Participate in shift duties, handovers, and other nursing-related activities.

Required Qualifications

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and clinical procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and responsible approach to patient care.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
