Hospital Marketing & Sales Executive

Location: Suseela Netralaya Superspeciality Eye Hospital, Manikonda, Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Hospital Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our eye care services, build referral networks, generate patient leads, and strengthen the hospital's presence in the community and corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, schools, colleges, clinics, hospitals, and community organizations.
- Organize eye screening camps, awareness programs, and health talks.
- Generate leads for Cataract Surgery, LASIK, Refractive Surgery, and other eye care services.
- Conduct field visits to doctors, corporates, residential communities, and potential referral partners.
- Follow up with prospective patients and convert enquiries into consultations.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and outreach programs.
- Maintain records of leads, referrals,



and conversion rates.
- Assist in social media and digital marketing initiatives when required.
- Achieve monthly business development and patient acquisition targets.
- Represent the hospital professionally and maintain strong community relationships.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital sales, pharmaceutical sales, insurance, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
