Overview:

Location: Gummidipundi

Job Objective:

- Should have a knowledge in overall plant systems and the interactions of processes. Hands on service a variety of systems including safety and security, energy delivery (hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical), communication, and process control systems. Used to handle service measuring and indicating instruments to monitor process control variables associated with PLCs, and monitor the operation of PLC equipment. Work with final control devices such as valves, actuators and positioners to manipulate the process medium. Known to install and terminate electrical, and pneumatic connections.
- Responsible reduce the downtime of machines and to increase availability of machines for production, improve multi skill for the executives, optimize the water and power consumption, minimize the engineering spares inventory, and repair and maintenance cost control within the budget.

Responsibilities:
- - Troubleshoot, read, and edit PLC logic
- Read and evaluate electrical schematics
- Troubleshoot using meters, laptop, schematics and manuals




- Work independently and take ownership while working in a team workplace
- Programming and installation of automation systems and interfacing with factory control systems.
- Modifications and improvements to automation equipment
- Review work orders and receives verbal instructions on job assignments
- Respond to emergency requests for immediate repairs
- Maintains specified records and logs of repairs, maintenance-related activities
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures following established program
- Ensure that requirements of ISO 9001 - 2008, HACCP, FAMI-QS and other internal and international standards are implemented and maintained.

- Preparation of maintenance budget, ensure and maintain maintenance cost well within the target.
- Ensure all Project Management activates through PM software.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering 4 - 6 years of experience in maintenance field.
