About the Role

3Hour Studios is looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales & Relationship Executive to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining our Digital Marketing & IT solutions, scheduling meetings, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales opportunities.
- Explain our Digital Marketing and IT services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule client meetings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries, objections and negotiations.
- Prepare and discuss quotations/proposals with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for meetings and proposals.
- Manage leads from initial contact through follow-up and closure.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, meetings and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and meeting targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and basic professional English communication.
- Confident in cold calling and client conversations.
- Solid follow-up, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Web Development or IT services preferred.
- Sales/Business Development experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
