About DearPet
DearPet provides at-home grooming and veterinary care for pets across Delhi NCR. We've served around 25000 pet parents over six years. We work on one rule: do only what the pet actually needs. That means we sometimes tell customers they don't need a service. If that bothers you, this isn't the right job.

What you'll do

- Respond to inbound enquiries on calls and WhatsApp, quickly and clearly
- Understand the pet's situation before suggesting anything
- Recommend the right grooming or vet service, and say so when none is needed
- Book appointments and coordinate with groomers and vets on schedules
- Follow up with leads who haven't booked, without pressure
- Follow our call scripts and escalation rules, especially for medical cases, which always go to a vet
- Log every conversation in our tracking sheet or CRM
- Share what customers keep asking about so we can improve services and content

You're a fit if you





- Speak clearly in Hindi and English
- Are comfortable around dogs and cats (being a pet parent is a plus)
- Listen more than you talk
- Can handle 40+ conversations a day without losing patience
- Are organised with basic Google Sheets or similar tools

You're not a fit if you

- Measure success by how much you can get someone to buy
- Want to give pet medical advice on your own

How we'll measure you
Bookings closed, customer complaints or refunds on your bookings, and regular review of your call recordings for accuracy and honesty.

What we offer
[Fixed salary] + [incentive structure], full training on our services and pet care basics, direct work with the founder.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
