JOB DESCRIPTION – HEAD SALES & MARKETING

Job Purpose

To lead and manage the hospital's sales and marketing activities, drive patient acquisition and revenue growth, strengthen referral and corporate relationships, and build the hospital's brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy for the hospital.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual business development and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase patient footfall, admissions, procedures, and hospital revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, corporate organizations, insurance/TPA partners, and other referral sources.
- Build and manage the hospital's doctor referral and corporate tie-up network.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for OPD, IPD, fertility, women's health, child care, and other hospital services.
- Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing initiatives to increase hospital visibility and patient reach.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media, Google presence, online campaigns, website, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, promotional activities, corporate health check-up programs, and community outreach activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional strategies and provide market insights to management.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales and marketing team, including field executives and business development staff.
- Set targets for the sales team and regularly review their performance and achievement.
- Track leads, conversions, referral sources,



patient acquisition, and revenue generated through marketing activities.
- Develop effective strategies for lead generation, follow-up, conversion, and retention.
- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports, MIS, performance reports, and business forecasts to management.
- Coordinate with OPD, IPD, Customer Relations, Billing, Doctors, Nursing, and other departments to ensure smooth patient conversion and service delivery.
- Ensure that all marketing and promotional activities follow the hospital's policies, ethical standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Handle and resolve business-related concerns with referral partners, corporates, and other external stakeholders.
- Represent the hospital at skilled events, conferences, corporate meetings, and community programs.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Qualification & Experience

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
- Graduate with relevant experience in hospital sales, healthcare marketing, or business development may also be considered.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, with experience in a managerial/head-level role preferred.
- Prior experience in hospital/healthcare sales and marketing is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
