- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per hotel standards.
- Take guest orders and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and service area.
- Check and maintain proper stock of beverages, mixers, glassware and bar supplies.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control and presentation standards.
- Handle bar equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain accurate records of beverage consumption and wastage.
- Ensure proper billing and coordination with the cashier/service team.
- Follow hotel policies regarding responsible alcohol service.
- Attend to guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper grooming, punctuality and skilled behavior.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; Manager or Supervisor.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
