Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Sriperumbudur, Chennai
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 8+ years in HR Management / HR Operations
Language: Hindi proficiency is mandatory
Preferred Industry: Automotive / Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exits.
- Handle employee engagement, grievances, retention, and performance management.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Implement HR policies and processes across the organization.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports,



and documentation.
- Partner with management and department heads on HR-related matters.

Requirements

- 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Automotive/Engineering industry preferred.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
