- Manage and supervise day-to-day factory operations.
- Plan and monitor production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Supervise workers and allocate duties according to production requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and resources.
- Monitor product quality and ensure production standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Maintain production records, attendance, inventory, and daily reports.
- Ensure machines and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
- Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Identify production issues and take necessary corrective actions.
- Monitor wastage and control production costs wherever possible.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and discipline are followed by all employees.
- Report daily production status, issues, and requirements to the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree or Production related field.
- Experience in factory/production supervision or operations preferred.
- Positive leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle workers and production-related issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of production planning, quality, safety, and maintenance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
