Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and passionate HR Intern to join our on-site team in Bhopal.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for MBA (HR) students or recent graduates to gain practical HR experience in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage timely follow-ups with applicants.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain HR records, including attendance, leaves, and performance tracking.




- Contribute to organizing employee engagement activities.
- Assist in drafting internal communications and HR reporting.

Required Skills

- Strong communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Confident personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Creative and active in making reels/social media content.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on-site at our Bhopal office.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA in Human Resource Management.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
