We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Business Growth Manager to help scale Quantum Physiotherapy & Sports Rehab across Bengaluru.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for patient acquisition, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile, referral partnerships, doctor/gym collaborations, lead conversion, patient retention and branch-wise growth.
We are looking for someone who understands the connection between marketing → enquiries → appointments → patients → revenue, rather than focusing only on social-media engagement.
Candidates with experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, physiotherapy, orthopedics, dental, fitness or wellness businesses are preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
