Job Overview:

The CNC Citizen Sliding Head Programmer & Setter in an orthopaedic implant and instruments Our Greens Surgicals Pvt ltd is responsible for developing, setting up, and optimizing precision machining processes to produce high-quality medical components that meet strict international quality standards. Daily reporting by end of the day to Mr. Dinesh Solanki by CC to Mr. Hardik Suthar and Sr Production staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Programming (Citizen/Cincom): Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code for Citizen sliding head machines, often with Fanuc controls, to produce intricate parts from technical drawings.
- Machine Set-Up: Perform complete machine setups, including setting up tooling, guide bushes, collets, and sub-spindle operations for multi-axis machining.
- Prove-out & First-Off Approval: Run, test, and prove-out new programs, ensuring the first-off part meets stringent tolerances and quality standards before full production.
- Process Optimization: Optimize cycle times, feed rates, speeds, and tool life to maximize efficiency and reduce waste (scrap).
- Medical Quality Standards: Ensure strict adherence to ISO and medical-grade manufacturing standards. Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, gauges).
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve machining issues such as burrs, surface finish problems, chip control, and dimensional inaccuracies.
- Maintenance & Documentation:



Perform routine maintenance on machines and maintain accurate documentation, setup sheets, and change control logs.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering, tooling, and quality teams to enhance manufacturing processes and troubleshoot new product development (NPD) components.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma/equivalent; technical certification, vocational training, or a Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is often preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a CNC CITIZEN Sliding Head Machine Programmer/Setter, ideally within precision manufacturing (orthopaedic implants, aerospace, or medical devices).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in G-code, sub-programming, live tooling, and back machining operations.
- Expertise in CAM software (Mastercam, NX , etc.).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T; and machining principles.
- Proven experience with Citizen (Cincom) machines.
- Familiarity with various machine controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
