About the Role

Colors Queen is looking for a Social Media/ Influencer Marketing Intern to support our growing influencer and social media marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be creative, social-media savvy and comfortable communicating with influencers and content creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research relevant Instagram, YouTube and social media influencers/content creators.
- Build and maintain an influencer database based on niche, followers, engagement and audience profile.
- Reach out to influencers through DM, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, product promotions and campaign activities.
- Assist in negotiating collaboration terms, deliverables and timelines.
- Track influencer posts, reels, stories and campaign deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement and reach.
- Assist in preparing influencer marketing reports and campaign summaries.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, reels and emerging creators.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team for product samples, content requirements and campaign execution.




- Support other social media and digital marketing activities as required.

Skills Required

- Positive understanding of Instagram, YouTube and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Creative approach towards influencer identification and content.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to research and identify suitable influencers.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of beauty, cosmetics, fashion or lifestyle content will be an advantage.
