Job Summary:

We are hiring for an experienced Architect to join our client's Civil / Engineering team in Pune. The role involves architectural design development, working drawings, consultant coordination, statutory compliance, and providing technical support during project execution.

The ideal candidate should have experience in residential and/or commercial real estate projects, strong knowledge of architectural drawings and detailing, and good understanding of PMC/PMRDA norms, DCR, building bylaws and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts and design proposals for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare and review working drawings, sections, elevations, detailed drawings and construction drawings.
- Prepare architectural detailing and finishing details required for project execution.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape consultants for integrated design solutions.
- Ensure architectural designs and drawings comply with PMC/PMRDA norms, DCR, building bylaws and statutory requirements.
- Support design reviews and coordinate drawing revisions for authority submissions.
- Provide technical clarifications and architectural solutions to project/site teams.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision records, design documentation and version control.
- Support preparation of architectural plans and documentation required for RERA registration and updates.
- Coordinate with Liaisoning and Sales teams for approvals, documentation, design clarifications and project requirements.
- Identify opportunities for design improvement, value engineering and practical execution solutions.





Required Qualifications & Experience:

- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) mandatory from a recognized institution.
- M.Arch will be an added advantage.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in real estate development, architectural consultancy or construction projects.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial projects preferred.
- Robust knowledge of PMC/PMRDA norms, DCR, building bylaws and statutory requirements.
- Strong experience in working drawings, construction drawings, architectural detailing and authority submission drawings.
- Good understanding of construction processes, materials and site execution.
- Experience in consultant coordination and cross-functional project coordination.
