- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct interactions.
- Explain domestic and international tour packages and travel services to customers.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the operations/team for booking and travel arrangements.
- Maintain customer details, lead status, follow-up records, and sales reports.
- Provide professional customer service before and after booking.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
