Aspire Globus is looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Intern to support our hiring team. The role will involve recruitment across various departments, with a primary focus on US logistics and freight brokerage roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Post job openings and maintain candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with recruitment for US logistics and other company roles.
- Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Freshers/students pursuing HR, Business, or a related field can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
- Interest in US logistics recruitment is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
