Develop recruiting strategies in support of organizational objectives. Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions.

Education & Experience:-

- Minimum experience required 1-3 yrs
- Qualifications required: BCA and BE

Job Description:





- Good understanding of the technical solutions of the organization
- Ability to identify quality resources skill-wise, Ability to work in a Team
- Ability to work on and meet Targets
- Align with Organisational Goals and work accordingly
- Sourcing, screening, headhunting, evaluation, and Selection Process
- Deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions drawing upon consulting skills to recommend the best course of action to recruit, assess, select, and hire.
- Sourcing the resumes through various sources like Company database, references, portals, and Linked-in
- Should have knowledge of IT recruitment profiles
- Specific Innovative measures demonstrated to meet business requirements wrt sourcing and hiring activities
- Savvy with social media tools and recruitment methodology
