Job Description – Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the finance function. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, MS Office, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain and update accounting records in Tally and QuickBooks.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and payments.
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, payments, and expense-related requirements.




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and QuickBooks.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant field preferred.
