#Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible **Preschool Teacher** who can create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher will be responsible for classroom management, activity-based learning, child development, and effective communication with parents.

# Key Responsibilities

* Plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based learning sessions.

* Create a warm, safe, and positive classroom workplace.

* Engage children through stories, rhymes, music, art, craft, games, and creative activities.

* Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

* Maintain classroom discipline and follow daily routines.

* Observe and track children's learning and developmental progress.

* Prepare classroom activities, teaching aids, and displays.

* Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child.

* Communicate professionally and regularly with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.

* Participate actively in school events, celebrations, workshops, and training sessions.





* Maintain required classroom records and documentation.

* Coordinate with fellow teachers and school management to ensure smooth functioning of the classroom.

#Required Skills & Qualifications

* Graduate / ECCE / NTT / Montessori / D.El.Ed. or relevant qualification.

* Prior experience in preschool teaching is preferred.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patient, caring, and child-friendly nature.

* Creative and enthusiastic approach towards teaching.

* Good classroom management skills.

* Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
