Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills with experience in B2B business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new leads through various channels and identify potential clients.
- Connect with decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
- Convert qualified leads into customers through effective sales pitches and proposals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Track lead generation, conversion, and revenue-related metrics.




- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and progress.
- Work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- B2B Sales experience is preferred.
- Candidates with Tele-Sales experience should have experience managing a team of callers or relevant B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into revenue.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Robust client relationship and follow-up skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under deadlines.
