- Qualifications – Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience – 8-10 years of experience in mechanical designing, procurement, manufacturing of mechanical equipment, testing procedures and quality of mechanical equipment of chemical process plant

- Description

- Mechanical designs for all the equipment for the projects.
- Preparation of Bill of Material for piping, structural, insulation etc.
- Preparation of data sheets for all the equipment / components to be procured.
- Identification and qualifying vendors for all equipment/ components to be procured.
- Coordinate with the EPC contractor of the project.
- Coordinate with all other internal departments – process, purchase& instrumentation.
- Quality Control and Inspection of components procured and finished systems assembled.




- Knowledge of various international quality standards and their test procedure.
- Monitor the mechanical designing, procurement, testing of all the equipment required for the project.

- Job Responsibilities

- Preparation of detailed monthly manufacturing plan for the systems based on the orders received
- Timely delivery of design of the equipment & systems
- Updating and maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in execution of projects within time schedule.
- Minimize customer complaints
- Interact with Purchase department for timely procurement of materials.
