Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential US clients and generate sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable website solutions.
- Explain services such as Website Development, Website Redesign, Digital Marketing, SEO, and related IT services.
- Handle client queries, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project handover after closing.
