We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving business growth and profitability.

Immediate Joiners Will Be Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all hotel departments including Rooms, F&B;, Banquets, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a strong focus on service quality and guest relations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximize business opportunities and brand visibility.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff while fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement effectively.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve escalations, and ensure consistent service excellence.




- Prepare reports and present performance reviews to management/owners.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- 12+ years of experience in the hotel industry with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record in revenue management, guest service, and operational excellence.
