Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage multiple Excel files, reports, worksheets, and data sources.
- Develop management dashboards, trackers, summaries, and analytical reports.
- Use advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, and Conditional Formatting.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, cross-checking, and error identification.
- Handle rate-based calculations, unit conversions, and business-related data calculations.
- Support conversion and comparison of measurement units used in business operations.
- Analyze trends, variances, and changes and present meaningful insights to management.
- Automate repetitive Excel-based reporting wherever possible.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency of business data.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Applications,



or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, business reporting, or similar roles.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Strong command over Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, dashboards, data validation, and reporting.
- Comfortable working with multiple Excel reports and complex calculations.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Power BI / ERP will be an added advantage.
- Precious metals, bullion, commodity, jewellery, or manufacturing exposure will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
