Redefine Immigration is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team.

The selected candidate will handle client inquiries, make follow-up calls, generate qualified leads, and schedule consultations for immigration and overseas education services. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and working towards targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and attend inbound inquiries
- Explain the company’s immigration and consultation services professionally
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for immigration counsellors
- Understand client requirements and direct them to the appropriate counsellor
- Maintain accurate client records and update lead information regularly
- Build positive relationships with potential and existing clients
- Meet daily calling, follow-up, and appointment booking targets




- Coordinate with the counselling and filing team for smooth client handling
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with client information

Candidate Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or client handling
- Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English, Punjabi, and Hindi
- Confident speaking ability with professional telephone etiquette
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email handling, and data entry
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to achieve targets

Education

Higher Secondary / 12th Pass preferred.

Work Location

In Person – Jalandhar, Punjab

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
