SOFT SKILLS TRAINER

Position: Soft Skills Trainer
Location: Ganjam, Odisha
Experience: 1–2 Years
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging classroom sessions on Communication Skills, Personality Development, Soft Skills, and Employability Skills.
- Train candidates in spoken English, active listening, teamwork, leadership, time management, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct sessions on interview skills, resume preparation, group discussions, and professional behaviour.
- Use practical activities, role plays, group discussions, presentations, and mock interviews.
- Assess candidates' learning, communication, and overall performance.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessment reports.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, training reports, and other required documentation.
- Motivate candidates and support them in becoming employment-ready.




- Coordinate with the Centre Manager and other trainers for smooth delivery of the training program.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive and interactive learning environment.

Qualification & Skills:

- Graduate/Post Graduate in English, Management, Social Sciences, Education, or a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in soft skills training, employability training, or skill development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Strong facilitation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work with candidates from rural and diverse educational backgrounds.
- Experience in DDU-GKY, DDU-KK, Skill Development, PMKVY, BOCW, or similar projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
