Psychology Intern / Psychology Graduate – Mental Wellbeing Company: EYCK International Location: Kozhikode, Kerala / Remote Employment Type: Internship / Entry-Level Experience: Freshers and Psychology Students are welcome About EYCK International EYCK International is developing a people-centered mental wellbeing ecosystem focused on creating safe spaces for people to talk, connect, learn, and seek appropriate support. As part of our pre-launch team, we are looking for Psychology students and fresh Psychology graduates who are interested in gaining practical experience in the mental wellbeing and community development space. Role Overview As a Psychology Intern / Fresher, you will work closely with the EYCK team and contribute to initiatives related to mental wellbeing, community engagement, research, content development, awareness programs, and client-support activities under appropriate professional supervision. Key Responsibilities - Assist in developing mental wellbeing programs and initiatives. - Support research and content development related to psychology and mental wellbeing. - Assist with workshops, awareness programs, community activities, and events. - Help coordinate with psychologists, counselors, students, institutions, and community partners. - Support the development of educational and social media content related to mental wellbeing. - Assist with basic documentation, reports, surveys, and feedback collection. - Participate in team discussions, brainstorming, and project development. - Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, empathy, and appropriate boundaries while interacting with people. - Support other psychology and mental wellbeing projects assigned by the team.



Who Can Apply? - Students currently pursuing Psychology or a related course. - Recent graduates in Psychology. - Freshers who are genuinely interested in mental wellbeing and community-based initiatives. - Candidates who are willing to learn and gain practical exposure. - Good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred. - Malayalam and English communication skills are preferred. Any client-facing mental wellbeing activities will be carried out within appropriate professional and ethical boundaries and under qualified professional guidance where required.
