Position: Bartender
Department: Food & Beverage – Bar
Reports To: Bar Manager / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar operations, and providing excellent guest service while ensuring hygiene and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup.
- Monitor bar stock and assist with inventory control.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control.
- Provide prompt and courteous guest service.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Follow hotel policies, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualification

- Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Relevant beverage or bartending certification is an added advantage.





Experience

- 1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar.
- Freshers with relevant training may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of beverages and bar operations.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Basic billing and inventory knowledge.
- Valuable grooming and hygiene.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
