Qualifications & Skills
- Master's Degree in Chemistry with a B.Ed. qualification.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent subject knowledge in Chemistry.
- Experience in school teaching preferred.
- Ability to handle JEE and NEET Chemistry coaching is required/preferred.
- Proven experience in creative and activity-based teaching methods.
- Ability to integrate technology into classroom teaching.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and student-centered learning.
- Experienced candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry effectively while maintaining high academic standards.
- Handle JEE and NEET Chemistry preparation and coaching for students.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, concept-based lesson plans.
- Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific reasoning among students.
- Conduct and guide students in practical and laboratory activities.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Assess student performance and provide appropriate academic guidance.
- Maintain classroom discipline and support students' academic and overall development.
