Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1.Assess patients on arrival, record vital signs, symptoms, medical history, and allergies. 2.Assist doctors during patient consultation and clinical procedures. 3.Prepare patients for investigations and procedures as per department protocol. 4.Administer medications, injections, IV medications/fluids, and other treatments as prescribed. 5.Assist with procedures such as ascitic fluid aspiration, liver-related procedures, joint injections/aspiration, and other minor procedures as required. 6.Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and identify any complications. 7.Provide patient education regarding medications, diet, lifestyle, follow-up, and disease management. 8.Coordinate laboratory investigations, imaging, procedures, and referrals. 9.Maintain accurate nursing documentation, case records, and procedure notes. 10. Ensure infection prevention and control practices, including proper hand hygiene and biomedical waste segregation.
