About the Role- We are hiring energetic and fresh graduates/undergraduates with great communication skills for our International Voice Process. You will talk to global customers over the phone, solve their problems, and give them a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls to international customers. [1]
- Understand customer issues and provide clear solutions. [1]
- Update customer details and notes accurately in the system. [1, 2]
- Maintain required quality and productivity targets.
- Work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts and weekly offs. [1, 2]

Requirements & Skills

- Education: 12th pass (PUC) or any graduate. [1, 2]
- Communication:



Excellent spoken English skills (neutral or transparent accent). [1, 2]
- Shift Flexibility: Ready to work in US/UK/Australian rotational night shifts. [1, 2, 3]
- Basic computer and typing navigation skills. [1]
