Role Description:

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory management, inward and outward material movement, order fulfilment, dispatch coordination, storage management, and warehouse team supervision. The role requires ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, timely dispatches, and adherence to safety and process standards.

Offered Salary: Rs. 28,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- p.m. (as per experience and skills)

Experience:

· 2–5 years’ experience warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics

· Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking

· Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or supply chain operations preferred.

· Valuable negotiation and vendor management skills

· Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets

· Process-disciplined and structured

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall warehouse operations and inventory control
- Supervise inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities




- Ensure accurate stock maintenance and inventory reconciliation
- Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for timely shipments
- Monitor warehouse staff productivity and operational discipline
- Implement warehouse SOPs, safety practices, and process improvements
- Handle returns, damaged inventory, and quality checks
- Maintain documentation, stock reports, and operational MIS
- Support inventory forecasting and replenishment planning

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
