mentorship, networking opportunities, funding access, and state-of-the-art infrastructure.

Day-to-day responsibilitiesinclude:

- Assist in planning and executing incubation programs, workshops, events, and demo

days.

- Serve as a point of contact for startups in the incubation program, offering guidance and

connecting them with mentors, investors, and other resources.

- Support the facilitation of mentor and expert sessions,



ensuring startups receive the

guidance and networking opportunities they need to grow.

- Assist startups with access to co-working spaces, labs, software tools, and other

necessary resources to support their growth

- Track the progress of incubated startups, prepare reports, and provide regular updates

to the incubation team and leadership.

- Engage with potential startups, partners, and other stakeholders, promoting the

incubator’s offerings and creating awareness within the startup ecosystem.

- Organize activities and events throughout the year at regular intervals, that help nurture

the Creative mind-set among students

- Manage and handle end to end coordination & execution of various government funding

schemes.

- Ensure compliance with Government agencies & University policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Entrepreneurship or related field
- 0-1 year experience in the Startup Ecosystem
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: ₹3,600,000.00 - ₹4,200,000.00 per year
