Role – Finance Executive

Location- Bangalore (must be willing to relocate)

Expr – 3+yrs

Education – CA Inter / Master’s Degree or equivalent stream

Notice period - Immediately /15days/serving Notice period

Must Have - Proficient in using Excel, Sheets, Zoho Books mandatory.

Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the Finance Controller of the Company, he will be responsible for passing day-today accounting entries, preparing the BRS, managing cost functions, Invoicing and Calculation receivable statement and preparation of the MIS. The Senior Finance Executive will also be responsible for TDS and GST compliances.

Responsibilities:

- Accounting following the standards and set process;
- Co-ordinate with the Operations and Business Development teams;
- Managing cash flow and payments;
- Monthly Invoicing;
- TDS compliances and return filing;
- GST compliances,



return filing, GST refund processing and related;
- Bills processing and payment tracker;
- Receivable management;
- Working with bookkeeping software;
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity;

Requirements:

- CA Inter / Master’s Degree.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the field
- Proficient in using Excel, Sheets, Zoho Books and other software.(Must)
- Team player but can work independently too
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
