About Loft 17 Visuals
Loft 17 is a growing 3D architecture and interior/exterior visualization studio based in Indore, working on residential, commercial, and villa projects for architects and real estate developers.

What You'll Do

- Create high-quality, real-time 3D visualizations using D5 Render for interior and exterior projects
- Set up lighting, materials, and environment scenes to achieve photorealistic, client-ready renders
- Import and optimize 3D models from 3ds Max/SketchUp/Revit into D5 Render for real-time rendering
- Use D5's asset library (vegetation, furniture, environment elements) to build immersive scenes efficiently
- Collaborate with the design and modeling team to interpret architectural drawings/elevations into visuals
- Produce still renders, walkthrough animations, and VR-ready outputs as required by projects
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining Loft 17's quality and photorealism standards
- Stay updated with D5 Render updates, plugins,



and real-time rendering trends

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on proficiency in D5 Render (real-time rendering, lighting, material setup, asset library usage)
- Working knowledge of 3ds Max, SketchUp, or AutoCAD for model preparation
- Good understanding of architectural elevations, interior/exterior detailing, and composition
- Strong sense of lighting and realism in real-time rendering environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and turnarounds under deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing D5 Render (or similar real-time rendering) work is a must
- Positive communication and openness to feedback

Good to Have

- Experience with V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion (as a secondary/backup rendering tool)
- Familiarity with VR walkthrough export and animation timelines in D5
