Job Description - Sr Manager / Associate Director -Sales

Location:Noida/Bengaluru/Mumbai

Profile:

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients for domestic BPO services (lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, networking).
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from scratch.
- Pitch BPO solutions (inbound, outbound, customer support, telesales, collections, etc.) to potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and get the senior leaders a seat on the table to close deals
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with operations and transition teams for smooth onboarding of recent clients.
- Also involves Account Management

Experience in a Domestic BPO - mandatory
