- Test current products and identifying deficiencies.
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
- Oversee continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare quality data and identify key KPIs for product quality.
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to QA Manager.
- Assist to QA Manager for developing quality control process and set requirements for raw materials.
- Assist to QA Manager in production plans for recent products with a focus on quality.
- Ensuring products are designed with adherence to safety stand




- Working with teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality issues.
- Assessing and reviewing all materials provided by suppliers to ensure overall quality.
- Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues.
- Preventive and Corrective actions for non-conformity and address customer complaint.
- To explain the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Assist to QA Manager for resolving the quality-related issues in a timely manner.
